Leo Gallery Minhang Taishang Creative Park Residency Space held an open studio event for artist Anna Nezhnaya on January 9, 2026.
During this residency, Anna Nezhnaya further explored the creative possibilities of neon as a medium. Beginning with digital painting, she translated the lines and colors from the screen into physical paintings and neon installations, continuously constructing a dual narrative of vision and perception through material transformation. Through the interplay of light, form, and space, she extended her ongoing exploration of mythological themes and identity, achieving a reweaving of visual language and interia of images.
